Our new paper has been published. This paper describes our SpotEx model for accessing to local data for mobile subscribers. This model is based on ideas of network proximity. In our concept, any existing or even especially created Wi-Fi hot spot or Bluetooth node could be used as presence sensor that can play a role of trigger for opening access for some content (or discovering some content).
